Returns & Exchanges

Customer satisfaction is my #1 priority. Before shipping or picking up locally, I will reach out to make sure you are happy with your design.

I do not accept returns for purchases after the item has shipped or has been locally picked up, as all items are custom made. All sales are final.

Shipping Policy 

All wreaths and merchandise are carefully examined before shipping making sure everything is in perfect conditions. You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped. 

Ameli Designs is not responsible for delayed packages, damaged shipping boxes, lost or stolen items. 

If the shipping carrier mishandled or damaged your package at delivery, you must contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
